Tan A Dai Thanh upstream water filter – An essential product for every family

Understanding that, Tan A Dai Thanh Group has launched an upstream water filter using filters imported from Korea with a large capacity to handle the above problems, providing clean and pure water for all activities using water in the household.

Principle of operation

Tan A Dai Thanh upstream water filter has the ability to remove chemicals, dirt, heavy metals, suspended solids, chlorine, colors, odors and other foreign objects to purify domestic water. In particular, with the shell made from premium engineering plastic with UV resistance, it can be installed outdoors while ensuring longevity.

1. Outer layer (PP – Polypropylene)

Using Laminated Multilayer filter technology which can remove dirt, metals, suspended solids and foreign objects in water. With a pleated design to optimize surface area, the water filtration performance of Tan A Dai Thanh upstream filter core is far superior to that of other raw water filters.

2. Inner layer

Using high-quality activated carbon filter core, this layer has the function of decoloring & deodorizing, removing chlorine, … bringing purity to the water source, serving all the needs of domestic water use in the household.

3. Double safety function

Tan A Dai Thanh upstream filter uses an avoidance valve combined with a pressure relief valve to ensure absolute safety for the system. In case of incidents, the pipeline pressure exceeds 6 bar, the avoidance valve will automatically open to let the water discharge out, protecting the safety of the whole filter.

User Manual

The product operates according to the operating cycle of the existing water supply system.

Periodically check every 3 months during the use of the product, check the output water flow to ensure 1-1.2 m3/h, clean the filter core (if necessary).

After 1 year of use with water sources with turbidity index NTU < 50, it is recommended to replace a new filter element.

In case of incidents

Check if your upstream raw water filter has one of the following symptoms:

Output water decreases suddenly: Check the input water supply system: pump, water pressure, inlet to the upstream filter, clean and rinse the filter element (if necessary).

Water does not flow out: Check the input valve, check pump operation, water pressure, upstream water purifier input port, clean and rinse the filter core (if necessary).

Water leak: Check the position and condition of the gasket between the cover and body, between the body and the base.

Water continues to flow out even after the water supply valve is turned off: Water can briefly drain out of the valve due to an increase in pressure inside the filter. When you discover one of the above problems, immediately contact the repair team to get it handled in time!
