Tan A Dai Thanh strongly invests in a trillion-dollar factory to produce safe plastic pipes

Ströman plastic pipe was born as an important link in the total water solution of Tan A Dai Thanh Group. With an investment of more than 3,000 billion VND (equivalent to 140 million USD), Ströman factories in Hung Yen and Long An are ranked among the largest plastic pipe factories in Vietnam.

With the position of “National Brand”, for nearly 30 years, Tan A Dai Thanh has constantly researched and developed the leading total water solution in Vietnam. Starting with the first stainless steel water tank factory located in Hung Yen 26 years ago, Tan A Dai Thanh now has a system of 19 member companies, 15 high-tech manufacturing factories from North to South, specializes in manufacturing and supplying a wide range of household metalware products and equipment for the domestic and export markets such as water heaters, solar water heaters, RO water purifiers, wash basins, bathtub, shower…

Catching up with technology trends, two Ströman plastic pipe factories in Hung Yen and Long An have been invested by Tan A Dai Thanh with a total capital of up to 3,000 billion VND (equivalent to 140 million USD) in the format of Smart factory. Hung Yen factory was built on an area of ​​7ha with a design capacity of 70,000 tons of products per year for the Northern region.

The Ströman factory in Long An expanded its scale with a total area of ​​10ha, designed capacity of 150,000 tons of products/year, responsible for supplying customers in the southern provinces and exporting to international markets.These two factories are among the few factories in the region that apply modern science and technology to large-scale production.

With the standard of 4.0 Smart factory, the two Ströman plastic pipe factories are invested synchronously and modernly from the infrastructure to the machinary system, equipment, technology and controlled processes compliance with European standards. The extruder line system provided by Krauss Maffei (Germany), helps control all parameters, control the entire closed-loop equipment with high precision.

The automatic feeding system imported from AZO supplier, Zeppelin (Italy), helps control the whole process of weighing and mixing automatically with an accuracy of up to 99.9%, ensuring high optimization.
The entire system of sawing machines and expanders are imported from SICA supplier (Germany), applying infrared heating technology, helping the joints of uPVC pipes to achieve a 100% equal profile when connecting pipes, thoroughly solve the common leakage problem of normal products. The line system is fully automated, minimizing human involvement from the dosing and mixing stages of materials to packaging finished products, creating accurate, equal and diverse products in size and format.

With the orientation to become one of the leading international standard plastic pipe manufacturers in Vietnam, Ströman Plastic Joint Stock Company has also built and maintained a strict and rigorous quality management system.
