Tan A Dai Thanh donates plastic tanks to people in An Giang drought-stricken areas
On August 11, Tan A Dai Thanh Group cooperated with the UMTTQVN of An Giang province to give 50 plastic water tanks to people in 4 communes affected by drought and saltwater intrusion.
The communes receiving plastic tanks this time are Nui Voi, An Cu, An Hao and An Phu (Tinh Bien district).
This is a continuation of the campaign to improve clean water quality for disadvantaged areas in the Southwest region initiated and implemented by Tan A Dai Thanh Group. During the campaign, 750 Plasman super high-class plastic tanks worth 1.2 billion VND will be delivered to the people.
“With the 500-liter Plasman plastic super tanks, people won’t need to use unhygienic plastic cans, jars and pots to store water anymore. It is possible to minimize the consequences and diseases related to the use of unsafe and unhygienic water storage equipment.” – Mr. Le Van Son, Representative of Tan A Dai Thanh Group said.
A resident who received the gift shared: “I feel very happy to be given this large water tank. I hope the campaign can reach more people in drought areas like us to help them reduce their suffering.”
As a leading enterprise specializing in providing total water source solutions in Vietnam, besides production and business activities, Tan A Dai Thanh Group always spends billions to accompany the Government to solve difficult problems of the country, support people in natural disaster and epidemic areas.
Typically, in the recent fight against the Covid-19 pandemic, the Group spent a budget of 2.5 billion VND to donate water purifiers to medical centers in Hanoi and donated 500 water purifiers, 500 sets of medical protective clothing to frontline hospitals in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City.
